Standard First-Time Cleaning

Initial Cleaning is designed for homes or spaces that are in generally good condition but require a thorough first-time service before starting recurring cleaning.

All Rooms

Remove cobwebs from accessible areas.
Dust all accessible surfaces, furniture, and table-top areas.
Wipe light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces.
Lightly wipe baseboards and accessible trim.
Clean mirrors and accessible glass surfaces.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and floors.
Sweep and mop all hard-surface floors.
Empty trash bins and replace liners if needed.

Bathrooms

Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs, and showers.
Clean and scrub bathtubs and shower surfaces.
Light removal of soap scum from accessible surfaces.
Clean sinks, counters, faucets, and fixtures.
Wipe and sanitize all surfaces and cabinet exteriors.

Bedrooms & Living area
